Through our apprentice training program, each new employee receives not only “on the job” training, but also 200 hours of classroom instruction. Lighthouse is a member of Building Industries Consulting Services International (BICSI), our technical manager is certified through BICSI’s technical training program, and we have a full-time Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) on staff. In addition, Lighthouse is a certified installation contractor for five major product lines, and each vendor provides product specific training.
