Three PNC Plaza is a 23 floor, 361 ft tall skyscraper in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This $179M building was completed in 2009. It contains 326,000 square feet of office space, a 185-room Fairmont Hotel, 28 condominium units, and ground level retail. Thirteen buildings were demolished to make way for this building.
